1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage in the browser, work in a similar way. They allow a site to remember your device between visits, keep you signed in, save your preferences and, with your consent, measure how the site is used.
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Ovis (“Momentli”, “we”) uses on momentli.co.il and app.momentli.co.il. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
This policy is published in Hebrew and in English. In case of conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
2. The cookies we use
We divide cookies into three categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are active by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after you give consent.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Service to work, and cannot be turned off.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies inside Event pages or galleries, and we never send photos, selfies or face data to analytics or advertising providers.
3. Consent banner and changing your choice
- On your first visit to the website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or choose by category.
- Rejecting optional cookies does not affect your ability to use the Service.
- You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer, which reopens the banner. Withdrawing consent stops future use of the relevant cookies. Cookies that were already set may remain on your device until they expire or you delete them in your browser.
- We ask for your consent again every 12 months, or earlier if we make material changes to the cookies we use.
4. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working properly. For example, without the __momentli_session cookie, a Guest’s device will not be recognized, and the Guest will not be able to see their uploads or delete them.

We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The updated version will be published on this page with an updated date.
